Mission: Establish a venue for CHWs to participate in resource sharing and information exchange. Create an opportunity for peer mentoring, support, on-going educational opportunities and a place to advocate for the CHW profession.

Objectives:

1. Continuing Education (Healthy home, leadership, health related (tuberculosis).

2. Establish a system to increase rural CHW involvement and Recruitment of CHWs

3. Job Placement training

4. Leadership Development of CHWs

5. Promote the role of the CHW with HC professionals.

6. Bring forth the issues that CHW are facing to the Alliance

7. Establish Mentoring Programs
